Your business is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 30 days from the shipping date with an attached invoice from your email [if available] and we will be happy to exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card for the original purchase price. If any merchandise is damaged please contact Customer Service to get a RA (Return Authorization) number. Merchandise that shows signs of being washed, worn or used will not be accepted for exchange or return.

  • Celsius Snow accepts all major credit cards for orders placed online.
  • Celsius Snow does not accept check or COD for orders placed online.
  • Your credit card information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This technology ensures that the information remains private and secure. To check the security of your connection, check the indicator in your browser window after accessing the Celsius Snow checkout pages.


We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders placed in the continental United States. There is an additional charge for Express Shipping. Shipping rates on International orders will vary based on country and order size. All prices are in United States currency. Shipping options available for United States and Canada. International orders may be obligated to regional based taxes and duties.

  • Some merchandise may not be available for international shipping. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your international order due to restrictions from a product’s supplier, we will notify you via e-mail.


You have up to 30 days from the date your order was shipped to return or exchange any merchandise. Apparel or Accessories that have been washed, worn or used may not be returned.

For all Returns, please:

  • Contact Customer Service via email info@celsiussnow.com or through the adjacent form to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number. A representative will direct you on including your RA number with your return shipment. No returns will be accepted without an RA number.
  • Upon receiving the return, we will issue a refund to the credit card used on the original purchase. This usually takes 1 – 2 weeks.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Individually packaged items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging (e.g. boots).
  • For your protection ship via UPS or US Postal Service with tracking information. Celsius Snow will not be held liable for products lost in transit.
